Requirements:
- Project planning, coordination and overseeing site execution works
- Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Create work schedules and modify as needed to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with management to align activities with desired timelines
- Basic knowledge of PERT or CPM
- Adherence to QC in construction
- Ability to liaise effectively with consultants, designers & engineers
DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING
- Knowledge in preparation of DPR/WPR, MB records and MC reconciliation
- Material issue ledger & report
- Preparation of work completion reports and handling documentation
- Attending review meeting and presenting progress reports and issue reports
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
- Reading and understanding of Architectural, structural and services drawings
- Interpretation of technical specifications and application of the same in construction
- Updated knowledge of latest engineering practices
- Survey activities
SOFTWARE
- Full knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of MS projects preferable
ORGANISATIONAL & TEAMWORK SKILLS
- Ability to lead a team of support staff to accomplish the above criteria
- Ability to allocate and assign jobs/tasks to team members
- Ability to follow up team tasks and ensure compliance
- Interpersonal problem-solving skills
