EY is looking for a Project Management expert having at-least 5 years of Experience:
Location: Chennai
Domain Knowledge: Experience in the development of IT parks would be beneficial
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.
Broad JD: Preparation of Bid Documents (DPR / RFP / RFQ / EOI), including a draft contract to be signed. The role of a project management expert towards construction projects is to provide the expertise and support required to manage and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and optimize project performance in construction projects, including project scheduling, delay and cost analysis, quality control, project timeline optimization, safety measurement, and dealing with risks.
The expert shall help construction companies to complete their projects on time, within budget, and with the desired quality. Also, help in identifying infrastructure & Human Resource gaps in the management of IT Parks and help to formulate projects to fill the gaps. The expert should support the client team in new Project Identification, Proposal formulation, project monitoring and contract management. PMC should work closely with the Engineering Wing
