Planning Manager ? Job Description:
10 to 12 years of experience
Extensive Hospital experience is a must
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Estimate the resources requirement to achieve the project objectives
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans
Track project milestones and deliverables
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members
Develop and deliver MIS reports
Determine the content and frequency of the status report from the project team
Liaise with the Client representative and cater the requirements
Review contractor reports and perform Delay analysis for claims
Assist the Project Manager on various project specific issues
