Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling:
Develop detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to align project timelines.
Monitor project milestones, critical paths, and resource requirements.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Conduct variance analysis to identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports.
Resource Management:
Collaborate with site and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of resources.
Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency across multiple projects.
Cross-Department Coordination:
Work closely with the design, costing, and site teams to ensure plans are realistic and achievable.
Facilitate communication between departments for seamless project execution.
Risk Assessment:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Address on-site challenges proactively to avoid delays.
Process Improvement:
Establish and implement best practices in project planning and scheduling.
Conduct post-project reviews to improve planning processes for future projects.
