• Preparation of Baseline program of the Project.• Execution of planning at site level based on Baseline Program of Project.• Preparation of execution schedule to achieve the objective within given time frame and Project resources.• Monitoring and ensuring the smooth flow of execution work-Proactive Approach.• Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.• Co-ordination with Internal Stakeholders to ensure the cross functional activities as predefined schedule.• Co-ordination with External Stakeholders on which depends the project progress for supply and services.• Assess project risks, issues and opportunities as well as suggest solutions as applicable.• Co-ordination and monitoring project plans, resources and reporting deficiency to higher management.• Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the director operations.• Organising interdivision meetings and status presentations to top management on the status of the project.• Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources to complete their tasks.• Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.• Act as the point of contact and communicate project information to concern stakeholders.• Monitoring and overall responsibility of Project correspondences.• Ensure about optimum utilization of project resources.• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for the project.• Preparation of MWP, MPR, MIS as well as customised project reports.• Documentation of proposed work as well as actual work.• Scope identification and validation.• Look ahead plan and Tracking of project work as per base Schedule.• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.• Performing a diverse range of coordinating tasks, such as risk management, administrative duties, project documentation and handling financial and other queries.
