Job Description- Junior Functional Consultant
We are into development of a new product which is focused to provide solutions to various challenges faced by organisations while executing projects.
This an entry level role and requires a work experience of preferably 1-2 years in working at construction sites or in planning/contracts.
This role does not involve performing routine construction activities on site and is more of an IT role which will involve implementation of project management solutions for different customers. However, if located at a client site, the candidate would be expected to follow the customer?s processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
? This role expects candidate to have an ?overall basic understanding? of activities in a project life cycle but ?strong knowledge? about project management processes
? Understand the project management space in which we work and the value proposition we offer
? Understand the product functionalities and analyse the application of the product in practical use case scenarios
? Engage with Project Manager to understand requirements from the customer, prepare documents and propose solutions as to how those requirements would be fulfilled in the product
? End to end design and configuration of the tool to meet customer?s requirements
? Prepare demos in form of presentations and/or configurations in the product to
showcase to customers
? Assist the product team with preparing use case scenarios for new developments and
enhancements on the product
? Understand, analyse and model requirements on MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint and
convey the same to the technical team
? Assist the QA team in testing the application before going live (UAT- User Acceptance
Testing)
? Travel inter city/ intra city for meetings, demos or gathering requirements
? Should be able to face the client, by representing the company and take responsibility of
implementation of the tool at client location.
? We work in a startup environment, hence the candidate is expected to be self-driven,
willing to take initiatives and be a quick learner
? Should have good analytical skills, critical thinking, have a street smart attitude and be
tech savvy
? Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
? Base location will be in Bengaluru subject to travel and relocation to a client?s location
