This role involves business development, tenant acquisition, market analysis, and lease administration to maximize occupancy and revenue for warehouse facilities.Key Responsibilities:1. Leasing Strategy & Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement leasing strategies to attract high-quality tenants for warehousing and logistics spaces.Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and key industry partnerships.Conduct market research to analyze trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.2. Tenant Acquisition & Relationship ManagementEngage with logistics companies, e-commerce firms, FMCG, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers, and industrial clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and key decision-makers.Negotiate lease agreements, rental terms, and tenant improvement plans.3. Lease Administration & ComplianceOversee lease documentation, contracts, and regulatory compliance.Ensure all leasing activities adhere to legal, financial, and operational guidelines.Work closely with legal teams to review lease terms, zoning laws, and permits.4. Financial & Revenue ManagementDrive revenue growth by optimizing rental rates and minimizing vacancy periods.Monitor lease renewals, escalations, and rent collection.Prepare leasing forecasts, financial reports, and market analysis presentations.5. Cross-functional CoordinationCollaborate with construction, facility management, and marketing teams to enhance property value.Work with property managers to ensure tenant satisfaction and facility upkeep.Provide insights on warehouse design, space optimization, and tenant requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Min 5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or business development in the warehousing, logistics, or industrial real estate sector.Strong negotiation, sales, and deal-making skills.In-depth knowledge of leasing laws, contracts, and real estate regulations.Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.Proficiency in CRM software, lease management tools, and financial modeling.Preferred Skills:Master’s degree or certifications in Real Estate Management, RICS, or CRE.Experience with logistics parks, cold storage, or built-to-suit warehouse leasing.Strong connections with corporate tenants, logistics firms, and industrial investors.
