Asst. Manager - Business Development

Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned region.
2. Manage the entire sales process from reviewing initial RFP to award of project.
3. Strong follow-ups and negotiation skills in closing the prospects and bids.
4. Keeping a track of all the proposals/bids submitted using a CRM and ensuring maximum sales conversions.
5. Ensuring the delivery of High-Quality Presentations, Proposals, Bids and BOQs in stringent deadlines as per Client/Architect requirement.
6. Site visits for initial requirement gathering from Client, Architects, Project & Facility Management Consultants, etc.
7. Working with Internal Subject Matter Experts and leadership to support the development of customised proposals as per client requirement.
8. Developing & securing business through strong network of Architects, Interior Designers, Project Management & Facility Management Consultants, General Contractors, etc.
9. Creating Sales/Marketing Collaterals like Product Price Lists, Proposals, Product Specification Documents, Catalogues, etc.
10. Demonstrate a solid understanding of Gamlaa offerings and client?s requirement and proposing optimal solutions
11. Liasioning with Internal Design, Project, Procurement, Horticulture and Service teams to ensure the seamless solution implementation and maintenance.
Key Skills Required:
1. Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills
2. Proficient in MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) for preparing proposals, concept presentations, reports, etc.
3. Extremely organised, with ability to Multitask and meet tight deadlines.
4. Creativity and understanding Product Designs will be an added advantage
5. Basic understanding in AutoCAD (to read the floor layouts, measurements & shop drawings)
Education Requirement
1. MBA or an equivalent course from a reputed management institute
2. Bachelor?s in architecture, Civil/Mechanical will be an added advantage
Work Experience: Minimum 2-3year experience in Business Development in relevant industry.
