Job Title : AGM – Legal, Risks & Contracts
Reporting to : Head – Risks & Contract
Location : HO, Mumbai.

To oversee, manage, and administer all aspects of legal,
risk, and contractual matters related to domestic and international projects,
ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational goals.
Job Purpose
& Scope:
To oversee, manage, and administer all aspects of legal,
risk, and contractual matters related to domestic and international projects,
ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Handling contracts with clients
& subcontracts from the bidding
stage.
2. Commercial review of tenders, both domestic and international.3. Assist project management teams in contract administration issues,
including but not limited to change
orders, extension of time, and claims.
4.
Evaluation/analysis and preparation of contractual claims in the contract lifecycle.
5. Delay impact analysis,
including preparation of contractual claims.
6. Drafting and finalizing agency and consultancy agreements for international businesses.
7.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.8. Monitor, advise, and assist the project supervision staff for contract
administration and management
as per contract terms.
9.
Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to contracts in progress.10. Technical, commercial, and contractual evaluation of contractors' claims
for variations, extension of time, and compensation for
extended stay.11. Advising the business
team on international assignments and dispute resolutions regarding contracts.12. Analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.13. Well-versed in FIDIC
conditions, with sound
knowledge of the Indian Contract
Act, 1872, the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,
1996, and other aspects of the legal system.Qualification: Bachelor/Master of Business Administration
Experience: 12- 15 years of relevant experience and desirable for candidate who is a contracts
management professional from NICMAR, Pune.Key Skills/ Competencies:• Strong knowledge of FIDIC conditions and contract laws.• Excellent analytical, drafting,
and negotiation skills.• Ability to identify
risks and propose
mitigation strategies.• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Industry &
