• You can choose to opt-out of having your information collected from public data sources by contacting us at agni@nicmaralumni.com. However, please note that opting out may limit the features and functionality available within the AGNI App or the Web .

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide and improve the App, Web and our services
• Send you notifications about events, messages, and other activity within the community.
• Track your health information for relevant community activities (if you choose to share it).
• Provide customer support.
• Comply with legal requirements.
• Third-Party Processing: We may use certain third-party services to process your information, such as OpenAI for our AI-powered matching algorithms. These third parties are obligated by contract to keep your information confidential and secure. We will only share the information necessary for them to perform the requested service.
• We may collect information about you from publicly available sources to enhance your profile and improve the matching algorithms within the AGNI community. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your profile at any time from your personal settings under the profile tab. Upon deletion, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for any potential recovery needs. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

Data Residency

Your data will be stored in Digital Ocean servers located in various parts of the globe.

Community Admin Access

Community admins may have access to certain information you provide, such as your profile information and activity within the community. This access is necessary for them to manage the community effectively.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your information:

• You have all rights to your data, even though we own code, databases, and all rights to the application.
